The members and well-wishers of Ribdung-Jaleswori Education Foundation (REF) celebrated Tihar festival as one of the means of increasing the Seed-Funds for “Shree Simle Secondary School” in Jaleswori of Khotang district (Name of the trust fund: REF-3S Trust Fund).
